ORDERING COOKIES

How do I place an order or request a quote? Kindly fill out the form located under the Contact Us tab (please note that we are booked for the rest of 2019 and no longer accepting orders). Once the form is submitted you can expect an answer within 1-2 business days. Please note that we are closed Saturday and Sunday to enjoy time with our family. If you submit a request Friday thru Sunday, you will receive a response as early as Monday.

Do you have a minimum order request? Regular size cookies require a minimum order of 2 dozen. Mini cookies require a minimum order of 3 doz.

How far in advance should I place an order? We are so pleased that you would like to order cookies for your special event and would love to make your event that much sweeter! Our calendar fills up pretty quickly! Because we also work full-time, teach classes and have pop-ups, it’s best to order at least 2 months in advance.

How do I reserve my date? Your order is not secure until a 50% deposit is made via bank card or PayPal. Once all the details of your order are confirmed, an electronic invoice will be sent through email. After payment is received, your order is on the books. Please note that since we receive multiple requests for orders on same dates, the sooner the invoice is paid, the better guarantee that your date will be reserved.

How long do the cookies last? Your order is made the week of your event to ensure freshness. Please note that your cookies will come in a box with a lid un-bagged unless requested (additional fee for bagging and heat sealing). If cookies are bagged and heat sealed the cookies will stay fresh for at least 2 weeks.

How do I store the cookies? Cookies do not need to be refrigerated. Please keep cookies away from heat or in a shaded area to avoid the colors from bleeding. Cookies can be frozen if individually bagged and heat sealed.

Do you deliver? Unfortunately, no. All orders must be picked up in Coachella, CA. Because we work full-time, order times and dates must be arranged prior to sending out the invoice. If order is not picked-up at agreed time and date, we cannot guarantee that another pick-up arrangement can be made prior to your event. We understand that emergencies happen, and ask that you communicate any late arrivals or requests for any changes in date and time as quickly as possible. Orders that are not picked-up and no communication is made will be considered forfeited and we reserve the right to re-sell the order without a refund.

What other desserts do you offer? At the moment, we are sticking to cookies! Can you blame us? We just love them! We do happen to know lots of bakers in the area that may be able to help with other dessert and would be happy to refer you to someone that may be able to help!

What if I need to change the date of my event? Since our calendar fills up pretty quickly, we cannot guarantee that if the event date changes we will have availability. We ask that you notify us of any changes as soon as possible so that we can accommodate changes to your order OR provide a refund.

What is your cancellation policy? We understand that stuff happens and plans change, we totally get it! If you need to cancel your order, please notify us immediately. Cancellations made with a 10 day notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after that will receive a 50% refund.
